About Unique Safaris Joining with others on a Scheduled Trip Tanzanian Parks |
Guest CommentaryThe drivers were a treat. They were walking encyclopedias of information and had eyes like eagles in spotting game. They never stopped giving us 110% from the moment they welcomed us each morning until the end of the last game drive each evening. They are the best of the best.

Some background on our drivers We are extremely proud of the quality of our drivers. Most have been with us for many years, working their way up from camp staff positions. In addition, to further qualify as one of our drivers, they have to participate in continuing education so they are fully versed in all aspects of our wild game, animal habits, the history of our country, and minimum impact recreation. The drivers are some of the most important people supporting your safari trip. They spend a lot of time with you and will be your second set of eyes and ears for what you see and hear as you participate in your game drives. In creating this portion of our safari support to you, we have priortized these essentials to give you the best experience possible.

Some quotes from the drivers: Bildard: I decided to work with a native owned company because it made me feel most proud to promote my country. Pokea: My goal is to work hard to help my company expand and have it's name known around the world, and to increase my knowledge in the wildlife field. Nickson: I wanted to work with a company owned by Tanzanians so I can promote tourism side by side with my fellow people.
